CAT ‘A’ refurbishment of a period office building close to the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. The circa 15,000sqft project involves remodeling of the entrance hall, redesign of the exterior elevation at ground floor level and renovation of four office floors on a ‘plug & play’ basis with finishes, partitioning and tea points and freestanding furniture. Works include new HVAC renovation of toilets and new showers. Features will include sandblasted brick walls, stripped timber trusses and sanded down original timber floors.
