Refurbishment, extension and repositioning of a 1960s commercial office block on the south side of Russell Square. The project involves complete recladding the existing concrete frame with new elevations, a new 5th floor extension, and demolition and rebuilding of a two-storey outrigger and with a three-storey new build infill block on Bedford Place. The interiors will be comprehensively fitted to Cat A standard out with new finishes, partitioning, toilets, tea points and HVAC systems.
