Comprehensive refurbishment of a ten storey 2,900sqm. office building dating from the early 1930s, located on the south side of the Strand. The interiors were re-designed by GarnettArchitecture to include a new double height reception including feature staircase and projecting bay windows to the rear. The £3.5M project included a new air-conditioning (VRF) system, new lighting and electrical services. The office space was transformed with a complete makeover to all floors and toilets. New showers and bicycle storage were installed in the basement. On the upper floors, new full height windows were opened up to take advantage of spectacular views across the River Thames.
