Project Description

Refurbishment of a 1,100sqm Victorian warehouse  style office building for the pension fund of a FTSE100 company. The project involved a complete overhaul of the external envelope, remodelling of the internal office areas, and a new extension at 4th floor level. The design approach was to enhance the warehouse character of the original building using natural materials with exposed original features including original cast-iron columns. New services including air-conditioning were installed and the building was let to a leading international furniture company.
