Project Description

Refurbishment of an Edwardian warehouse building in Covent Garden close to the Royal Opera House. The 900sqm GIA project involves redesign of the ground floor entrance elevation at ground floor, renovation of the reception, common areas and offices. The project scope includes new comfort cooling, renovation of toilets and new showers and a landscaping of the rear courtyard. Office areas are designed with exposed M&E Services and feature cast iron columns, restored timber beams brick interior walls. The project is expected to complete in Q4 2022.
