Refurbishment and fit out of two office floors in Soho for an international investment client, to provide contemporary space with exposed finishes. The scope of the circa 9,500sqft project involved new MEP services, including perimeter fan coils, new shower, raised flooring and lighting. The Cat A design features exposed concrete columns and brickwork to internal elevations. GarnettArchitecture were retained to design the CAT B internal fit out and CGI visualisations for marketing purposes.
