Rebuilding of a 500sqm. Grade II Listed Georgian town house and ancillary mews house for a private client. The project involved comprehensive refurbishment and restoration of the property including complete rebuilding of the rear half of the building and refurbishment of the mews house. The interior of the house was completely gutted and redesigned with new joinery, a new staircase, new bathrooms and basement extension. The mews house to the rear was converted into the client’s private library and office. The project was undertaken in conjunction with interior designers Gosling who supplied furniture and specialist joinery.
