Flagship department store for a major American food retailer in Glasshouse Street, close to Piccadilly Circus, London. The project comprised the fit out of some 2,000sqm. of prime retail floor area. The split level store is arranged as series of specialist food and beverage counters based on the ‘farmer’s market’ concept developed successfully by our client across the United States. The project includes fresh food stalls, bakery and coffee shop, a restaurant and holistic treatment area. GarnettArchitecture worked closely with the client’s in house branding team and were employed as lead designer on the project which was completed in April 2012.
