Town Planning Consent for Knightsbridge redevelopment scheme

February 2016

Proposals for redevelopment of 3-11 Lancelot Place, London SW7 have been granted Town Planning Consent by City of Westminster. The 17,500sqft scheme, designed for residential developer High Point Estate by Garnett+Partners comprises a block of five new town houses in the heart of Knightsbridge, close to Harrods department store. Each residence will be arranged over five floors including four bedrooms, sitting room and study, kitchen and family room, media room and gym with lift access to all levels. Located close to the Grade II Listed Trevor Square, the exteriors have been designed to reflect the sensitive urban context, and enhance the Conservation Area setting. The £7.5M redevelopment is to be procured in two phases with the shell and core works expected to commence on site in August 2016.
