Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has granted Town Planning consent for proposals for London House, 266 Fulham Road, London SW10. The mixed office and retail project by Garnett+Partners LLP on behalf of Freshwater Group involves partial demolition and refurbishment of a period commercial building within The Boltons Conservation Area.
