Seven Dials Project Completion

GarnettArchitecture’s project for Shaftesbury at 1 Earlham Street has been completed, offering 2,324 sq ft of newly refurbished office space across two floors in the heart of Seven Dials. GA acted as architects and Lead Designers working in conjunction with Project Manager Fresson and Tee and MEP Services Consultant QuinnRoss. The Category ‘A’ fit out project comprised redesign of the main entrance, renovation of the Entrance Hall, main staircase, 3rd and 4th floors which are designed to provide the option of letting both floors as duplex to a single tenant.
