16-20 Shorts Gardens Completion
GarnettArchitecture have completed the refurbishment of 16-20 Shorts Gardens for Shaftesbury PLC. Located in Seven Dials, Covent Garden, the 1,200sqm Grade II listed former warehouse building has been refurbished as contemporary offices, to emphasise its original features and 19th C industrial use. GA acted as Architect and Lead Designer on the £2.4M project which comprised redesign of the main entrance, renovation of the entrance hall, main staircase, four floors.
