Wing-Tai Properties appoints G&P on Mayfair office rebrand

Hong Kong based Wing-Tai Properties Ltd have been appointed G+P as lead designers on the overhaul of the interiors, signage and branding of their office property at 10 Brook Street, Mayfair, London W1. The project will initially involve the proposed remodeling and fit out of the ground floor entrance hall and  the refurbishment will carry through to the office floors as these become available.  G&P are working in conjunction with project managers APS who will lead the project team, and with letting agents Strutt & Parker.
