27 Farm Street Instruction

Astrea Asset Management have appointed GarnettArchitecture as architects and lead designers on the project to refurbish the former international headquarters of advertising conglomerate WPP at 27 Farm Street, Mayfair, London W1. The existing office building, situated close to Berkeley Square, comprises some 5,000sqft of commercial floor space arranged around a private courtyard. GA will lead the architectural repositioning project which will involve redesign of the entrance, common areas, wc’s and office space, along with renovation of the front facade and external landscaping. Works are expected to commence on site in Q1 2020. The practice is delighted to be working with the development team including project manager GIA, service engineer TPS and letting agents Montagu Evans and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
