27 Farm Street Shortlisted for AJ retrofit Awards 23

We are thrilled to see that 27 Farm Street has been shortlisted for an Architects’ Journal Retrofit award in the Workplace up to £5 million category.

Completed for client Berkeley Estate Asset Management, the comprehensive refurbishment project involved exterior and interior transformation of a characterless 1980s office building into a distinctive contemporary head office for a Mayfair property company, entered via a private courtyard near Berkeley Square.

The project team included Hart Dixon, Stace, TPS, Davies Maguire and Knight Harwood.
