Project Description
CAT ‘A’ refurbishment of a period office building in Spitalfields on the fringe of the City of London. The 21,500sqft scheme involves a renovation of the reception, common areas and offices in a warehouse style design featuring concrete reception desk, textile infused concrete art feature, bronze panelling, glazed screens and sculptural feature lights. The scope includes new comfort cooling, renovation of toilets and new showers. Office areas are designed with exposed M&E Services and feature cast iron columns and exposed brickwork to interior elevations.
