Capco appoint G&P on Floral Street Project

Capco have appointed GarnettArchitecture as Architect and Lead Design Consultant on a project to extend 14 Floral Street, a mixed commercial office and retail building in the heart of Covent Garden, London WC2. The project involves adding a new 5th floor with new external amenity areas, and balconies to the rear, as well as enhancements to the main street elevation. GA are working with structural engineers Evolve, MEP Services Engineers ND&Y, and cost advisors Academy Consulting.
